CX has evolved, and so should you.

Since our launch in 2012, ElevateCX® has always been about sharing wisdom and encouraging folks to pursue a career in customer experience, whether that’s in support, success, knowledge management, or product. Our community members and speakers are decision-makers in their industry, career support practitioners, thought leaders, Customer Support Managers, Directors of CX, Heads of Support, Customer Advocates, and even QA and Documentation Specialists. You’ll be in good company!

We offer a robust online community for topical conversation and peer-to-peer mentorship, and we work hard to ensure our attendees maintain authentic relationships beyond the mountain-top experience at our events. Twice a month, we offer live masterclasses with a rotating schedule of guests and topics, all relevant to current trends in customer experience. We also have a podcast because who doesn’t?

Our Conferences

We host two conferences per year and cap our attendance at 200 people to maintain a sense of community. We curate talks to include tactical advice alongside talks about human behavior, contemporary psychology, and career and personal growth. On top of all that, we schedule a lot of fun, social time to help you build authentic, valuable, lasting relationships with other CX leaders.

Our next conference will be in the fall of 2025!

Our Community

We are not a Microsoft Teams organization. Our vibrant community of CX leaders come together in Slack to discuss industry trends, get help and advice, share resources, and post job listings. We also have channels to discuss books, video games, tv and movies, and even a ttrpg group.

While our sponsor partners are also present in these discussions, we promise you'll never be sold to or have your info used without your ok.

Our Masterclasses

Join us live twice a month for a masterclass discussion on a variety of topics. From setting boundaries to Trust & Safety trends, we’re hitting all the hot topics in a casual, conversational way we know will be educational and engaging.

Our Podcast

We’ve recently relaunched the ElevateCX® podcast to include a roundtable of hosts: Sarah Hatter, Matt Dale, Colin Flanigan, Mat Patterson, Erica Clayton, Ashley Hayslett, and Stephanie Lundburg get together a couple times per month to chat about CX trends and feral hot topics.

How do I speak at an event or become a podcast guest?

Sign up! We’d love to have you, especially if you’ve never done it. We want to elevate new voices talking about new topics, and the ElevateCX community is a great audience to start you off with. Find out more here, and sign up!

How do I become an ElevateCX Sponsor?

Our events rely on sponsors, but we focus on bringing in companies that create products and services that enhance the work experiences of the CX community. If you’re building a help desk platform, an AI tool that improves customer experience, or have a coaching community for CX professionals, we want to partner with you! We expect our sponsors to be actively involved at events and online, which may include helping produce digital content like masterclasses, webinars, blog posts, and surveys on important topics. We aim for a partnership that benefits both you and the community. Interested? Find out more here and reach out!

What’s the dress code at Elevate events?

You do not have to wear a suit - unless that’s what makes you feel the most comfortable and most authentic. We want you to be comfortable, to feel seen, and to be at your best. We’re usually a jeans and a t-shirt crowd, with a suit jacket or two thrown in the mix.
